Caroline is a passionate strategic communication and engagement specialist with over 15 years’ experience across not-for-profit, public and private sectors. With extensive energy industry experience, she has a talent for identifying and implementing practical solutions to complex problems and delivering strategies with measurable outcomes.
Prior to joining Ellis Jones, Caroline led multi-faceted energy awareness and behaviour change campaigns for the Victorian Government, empowering consumers to manage rising energy bills and understand and realise the benefits associated with smart meters. Effective communication led to the smooth introduction of flexible electricity pricing with awareness and understanding of this new and complex policy doubling within a three-month period.
She has also overseen market research and intelligence for one of Victoria’s leading energy retailers and conducted community and stakeholder mapping for a Victorian charity – successfully facilitating the introduction of new regional services to improve access and equity opportunities for vulnerable Victorians.
At Ellis Jones Caroline uses her expertise in integrated communication strategy and research to support organisations including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning, Green Peak Energy, and Energy Consumers Australia.
Caroline holds a Bachelor or Business (Marketing) from RMIT University.
