Consultant, Social Impact
Lucie is motivated about creating positive social change and benefiting the communities in which businesses work with. Her expertise lies in the social enterprise sector and holds extensive experience in social impact, brokerage, community engagement and project management.
She previously worked at Social Traders in the role of Event Coordinator where she enjoyed contributing to the impact generated through working with social enterprises. Here she successfully managed 47 events in 8 months including the annual sector building event of the Social Enterprise Conference.
She is committed to the principles of community engagement, co-design and capacity building which is evident in her previous role as Community Engagement Coordinator at YMCA Victoria. During that time, she facilitated social impact and social enterprise workshops for students, helping to grow their knowledge of both community needs and the role of business in meeting those needs. Lucie has also previously worked as a project manager for CERES community and environment park where she led a research project of the history and social impact of philanthropy at CERES.
Lucie is currently studying a Master of Social Impact at Swinburne University with a key focus in social enterprise. She has completed a Graduate Certificate of Social Impact, and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Her qualifications attribute to her relentless commitment to solving environmental and social issues through a business lens.
