Lucie is a socially-minded Consultant with expertise in communications, design thinking and project management. Skilled at unpacking insights, solving problems and storytelling in its many forms, she is passionate about co-creation and helping organisations make a difference in their community.

At Ellis Jones, Lucie brings a collaborative, enthusiastic and cross-team approach to planning the agency’s responses to the market forces affecting health and ageing, education, energy and the environment, arts and culture, property and government. Working with high-profile clients in both the private and public sector, her experience includes:

– Conducting qualitative research for the Victorian Disability Worker Commission to shape their registration campaign and influence broader communications, engagement, policy and operational activities.

– Delivering the strategic branding and partnership engagement work for Yarra Valley Water’s circular economy project.

– Addressing veteran homelessness through delivering a multi-layered research process for Vasey RSL Care.

– Designing a workplace mental health strategy for WorkSafe Victoria’s employees.

Before Ellis Jones, Lucie spent four years working in the higher education sector at the University of Melbourne. She held a diverse range of website, communications and project roles and her achievements include leading the student communications for graduations, embedding customer experience methods across student services (which saw 300+ students designing student lifecycle milestones), developing the user journeys, websites and communications to launch the pilot Melbourne Peer Mentor Program and presenting at the Professional Staff Conference on co-creating university services with students for better outcomes.

Lucie has a Bachelor of Arts in media and communications from the University of Melbourne and a certificate in Customer Experience Strategy and Design from RMIT Online.
