In just a few short years, Australia’s energy system has shifted from moving power largely one-way – from coal plant to premise – to a country with the highest penetration of rooftop solar anywhere in the world. Our energy systems are changing; digitisation has massive potential for consumers to participate actively in the energy system, and decentralisation is giving ownership and agency back to communities. But does this mean power will flow (truly) to the people?
At this event, hosted with Women in Energy, our expert-industry panel will explore what customer centricity in energy actually means, and how can markets shift to create and capture new value that delivers on the social and environmental outcomes people want.
