We’re pleased to share that Rhod Ellis-Jones (Managing Director) will be speaking at the Mental Health at Work Conference in Sydney on 7-8 March 2022.
The Mental Health at Work Conference will explore how organisations are adapting and rethinking their approach to mentally healthy workplaces by making a genuine commitment to employee mental health and wellbeing.
As an expert in both the dynamics of the mental health ‘space’ and behaviour change approaches, Rhod will be running an interactive workshop titled ‘Build your own workplace mental health approach’ supported by Ellis Jones design thinking and behaviour change communication consultants.
“Building a mental health approach tailored to each unique organisation is the best, if not the only, way to achieve change at the scale we need. It’s no one’s job, it’s everyone’s job! And it is always motivating to flip our perception of mental health as something to fix into something amazing and vital.”
– Rhod Ellis-Jones
Those who attend the session will:
- Discover how creating a mentally healthy workplace starts with people and influencing how they think and act.
- See data and insights on how we developed a mental health approach based on international best practice that drives change amongst workers and businesses towards a culture of positive mental health and wellbeing.
- Build out their very own tailored and practical mental health approach so they can leave the session with tools to improve mental health and employee productivity in the workplace.
